Niall is one of the founding directors of Informa from its inception in 1993. His pivotal role as Director of Operations, was the driving force behind Informa becoming the first digitising company in Ireland to achieve ISO certifications for quality standards and information security. Niall has overall responsibility for delivering quality focussed services, with best-in-class solutions. His hands on approach and technical mind ensure that each project is doable, deliverable, and dependable. Niall’s knowledge and expertise has radically reformed Informa’s internal operations where troubleshooting is implicit at every stage in the process. Niall’s strong suit is his methodical-solution-focussed approach to micro and macro processes, which drives growth and exceeds client expectations.

On the outside, Niall is a masterclass of fun and perfection, He brings high coaching standards to the ruby and hurling pitches at underage level with his local clubs. Niall has a great grá for music and enjoys concerts to reminisce his youth. His wild-child streak was no less, than a rock band!

Tom, as co-owner of Informa, joined the company in 1993 as Sales Director. With over 30 years’ experience now under his belt, his overall responsibility, as Business Development Director, is the maturing of Informa as leading providers in eDiscovery, Disclosures, and Information Management Solutions. Tom has successfully paved the way for the provision of cloud-based solutions for the management of complex disclosures in Ireland and more recently in the UK. His knowledge and expertise span multiple industries with an acute understanding of the wider legal implications of business operations. Tom’s strength is ensuring Informa have a strong focus on client needs, delivering and exceeding expectations and improving overall customer experiences.
On the outside, Tom is an avid sports fan, with a great interest in horse racing. His winning Irish Grand National Champion horse, ‘Lion na Bearnai’, in 2012, was a major highlight. Tom is also chairman of his local Hurling Club in Co. Meath where he headed up a new state of the art indoor Astro, with digital hub amenities.

Keith joined the Informa team in 2015 as IT manager. With 14 years’ experience in the IT sector to his credit, Keith was a welcomed asset to assist in the reimagining and reconceptualising of Informa’s IT infrastructures. Now Keiths overall responsibility is managing and monitoring all IT systems ensuring they are cost effective, productive and ‘do exactly what they say on the tin!’. He also oversees all technical support operations guaranteeing customers a 360 experience. Keith’s speciality is his insatiable interest in all that is technological, ensuring that he is always on the cusp of emerging high-tech, high-end systems that are efficient, affordable, adaptable and above all secure.

On the outside Keith is still a techy junky, always on hand to sort out anything from the heating system to the Sky Box. He enjoys watching his son play football and spending time with his family. If he still has some time to spare, he savours a few hours river kayaking by day and attending concerts by night.

Leigh-Ann joined Informa in 2022, with a seasoned track record at building and leading high performing customer-centric business relationships, across a wide range of industries. At Informa, Leigh-Ann continues to drive the customer bandwagon, as Services Sales Manager, playing a significant role in the company’s overall performance. Leigh-Ann manages existing client accounts and all client requests, as well as overseeing the delivery performance analysis on all projects, with a keen sense for monitoring progress. Her marketing management ethos is centred around “finding smart solutions that better serve our customers”. Leigh-Ann’s trump card is her congenial approach to her clients and her colleagues, making your first port of call with Informa, a very informative and positive experience.

On the outside Leigh-Ann is Mother Earth herself. She embraces all living things from beetles to bees, she grows nourishing plants from basil to broccoli and her sustainable lifestyle is enviable, as is her Michelin Star culinary skills (literally). She enjoys regular exercise, parenting her dogs and traveling to places we never knew existed.

Jackie is part of the Informa team since 2004, starting out as a scanning operator. Over the years Jackie has garnered a wealth of knowledge and experience overseeing complex time sensitive projects, resulting in high quality results. This ambition accelerated her job description to Bureau Manager and extended her responsibilities to managing and training personnel as well as supervising project quality and deadlines. Jackie is a critical cog in the wheel of exemplary deliverables. Jackie’s forte is her dependability, which is borne out by her promotional career with Informa.

On the outside Jackie is a fitness and fashion guru, embracing all that is nourishingly healthy. She has mastered the art of laughter, with a hint of mischief, to feed her soul. She is a fully qualified makeup artist, hence her attention to detail on the job.
