We have very large amount of documentation for scanning. With this in mind the speed and quality in which Informa upload is excellent and in the interim their online and phone requests are exceptionally efficient to our 24 hour service. The Process

  • Evaluation and Collection

     

    Evaluation of Specifications – being an extension of your team, we will discuss your current work flow and find the most efficient and cost-effective way to execute any project.

     

    Reliable and Secure Collections Using our own courier service, box supply and packing can be completed at collection to save you finding the time and resources to do this yourself.

     

    All material is registered on our own internal managing system DIMMS. Everything is tracked into Informa on arrival and kept up to date as the job progresses.

  • The Capture Stages

     

    Document Preparation and Classification – Media evaluation, preparation ahead of scanning so you don’t have to.

     

    Capture- Capture on one of Informa’s high tech scanners, finding the most efficient and quality process. Informa have hardware to support mixed media scanning from till receipts to A0 large format drawings, our Opex scanner supports scanning multiple different types of material and sizes on the one scanner with out our operative having to get up and move from one scanner to the next, saving costs on time and supporting efficiency and quality.

     

    Digital Extraction – enabling OCR and data extraction on non image based formats.

  • Enhancements and Enrichments

     

    Data Entry – Indexing manually or automated where possible using the fields suitable to support your workflow and enable simple search and retrieval.

     

    Quality Assurance – Quality checks are carried out by multiple members of the team throughout the entire process, with multiple eyes on the job there is plenty of opportunity to check the efficiency, quality of the work and the overall process.
